Pioneer Community Bank offers a debit card protection service that includes transaction alerts and allows you to customize when, where, and how your cards are used. The mobile app lets you conveniently set your preferences to monitor and manage your cards.

• Alerts Enable Safe, Secure Card Usage: Stay up-to-date with real-time notifications for both PIN and signature transactions, empowering you to promptly identify any unauthorized or fraudulent activities.
• Location-Based Controls and Alerts: Utilize location-based restrictions by limiting transactions to merchants in your vicinity through GPS or by specifying regions using an interactive map with options for city, state, country, or zip code.
• Usage Controls and Alerts: Take control by setting spending limits to automatically decline transactions that exceed your predetermined thresholds. Monitor expenditures by category (e.g., gas stations, restaurants) and transaction types such as in-store purchases, online transactions, and ATM withdrawals.
• Card On/Off Setting: Easily manage your card's activity with the ability to toggle between allowing or blocking transactions based on your preferences. When the card is "on," transactions are permitted as per your settings, whereas turning it "off" restricts purchases and cash withdrawals.
